Los elementos que afectan a la contracci\u00f3n del moldeo termopl\u00e1stico son los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.1&nbsp;<\/strong>Variedades de pl\u00e1stico durante el proceso de moldeo de termopl\u00e1sticos, factores tales como el cambio de volumen causado por la cristalizaci\u00f3n, fuerte tensi\u00f3n interna, gran tensi\u00f3n residual congelada en la pieza de pl\u00e1stico, y fuerte orientaci\u00f3n molecular, por lo que la tasa de contracci\u00f3n es mayor que la de los pl\u00e1sticos termoestables. Amplio rango de contracci\u00f3n, direccionalidad obvia y despu\u00e9s del moldeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.2&nbsp;<\/strong>Caracter\u00edsticas de las piezas de pl\u00e1stico Cuando el material fundido entra en contacto con la superficie de la cavidad, la capa exterior se enfr\u00eda inmediatamente para formar una envoltura s\u00f3lida de baja densidad. Debido a la alta cristalinidad, el cambio de volumen es grande, y la tasa de contracci\u00f3n es grande.
