En el proceso de selecci\u00f3n de equipos de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n, no s\u00f3lo debemos evitar el desperdicio de materiales causado por la compra de equipos demasiado grandes, sino tambi\u00e9n evitar la situaci\u00f3n de que el equipo no se pueda utilizar debido a la compra de equipos demasiado pobres. La selecci\u00f3n de la fuerza de cierre requiere que el \u00e1rea proyectada de la direcci\u00f3n de apertura del molde determinada por el tama\u00f1o de apariencia del producto \u00d7 el n\u00famero de cavidades \u00d7 la presi\u00f3n media en la cavidad del material de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n sea inferior a la fuerza de cierre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tama\u00f1o de la plantilla se utiliza principalmente para garantizar que el molde pueda fijarse de forma eficaz y segura en la m\u00e1quina de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n. Por lo general, el tama\u00f1o del molde debe ser mayor que la apariencia del producto, y el molde debe ser menor que la distancia interior de la columna grande. El coste de los productos, las compuertas, las correderas y otros procesos pertenecen al coste del material de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n.
